B3rd Athletics exists to ignite a movement of Christ-centered Sports Excellence. We believe that sports, when rooted in faith, have the power to form disciples, build character, and develop servant leaders. Our mission is to challenge and equip athletic directors and coaches to use the sports classroom to pursue excellence—not just in performance, but in living out the Gospel. By grounding athletes in a strong sense of identity in Christ, purpose in competition, and integrity in leadership, we seek to transform lives for God’s glory. Our website serves as a platform to inspire, inform, and support this mission every step of the way.
Journey to Becoming 3rd
The Journey to Becoming 3rd is an answer to Jesus commanding us to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
As we strive to put God first and everyone else above ourselves, individualism becomes a team first mentality. To B3rd is to live out the gospel message of agape love and it's not something that will happen over night.
The goal of B3rd Athletics each year is to unite communities pursuing excellence in sports and provide them the tools to teach the biblical principles necessary for success!

B3rd Ministries is a community of donors and supporters that financially fuels the mission of B3rd Athletics, making all of its faith and sport resources available free of charge to coaches, athletes, schools, and families. Through generous partnership, B3rd Ministries helps bridge the gap between B3rd Athletics and the people God seeks to impact through this work. B3rd Ministries is a nonprofit, charitable organization formed under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
