B3rd Athletics is all about Christian Sports Leadership. Our mission is to pursue excellence in faith, knowledge, and leadership through the growth of the individual for the sake of the team. Our consulting services on Mission Driven Athletics are dedicated to inspiring and guiding individuals and organizations towards achieving their athletic goals while growing their relationship with God and neighbor. We are passionate about inspiring the sports world to be better, and our website will serve as a platform to help achieve this ambitious goal, providing informative and engaging content to support this vision.
MEET OUR TEAM
Tanner Field
Tanner is a devout Christian husband and father. He has been married to his wife, Andrea, for 18 years and they have seven incredible children.
As a couple they believe that a focus on God and family is foundational for a successful life, and such a foundation is necessary for a winning culture. The players in their program are extensions of the family and the relationships crafted over the years are what have produced a virtuous environment and winning record.
Aaron Marez
Aaron is a life-long Christian believer and third generation pastor. He has been married to his wife, Denisse, for 11 years and they have two children.
For more than 18 years he has served in various pastoral ministry positions across the country, including but not limited to youth minister, associate pastor, campus pastor, as well as executive pastor, and coach! For the last 7 years Aaron has worked alongside Coach Field as an integral part of the culture building process in the role of character coach at TWCA.
Journey to Becoming 3rd
The Journey to Becoming 3rd is an answer to Jesus commanding us to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
As we strive to put God first and everyone else above ourselves, individualism becomes a team first mentality. To B3rd is to live out the gospel message of agape love and it's not something that will happen over night.
The goal of B3rd Athletics each year is to unite communities pursuing excellence in sports and provide them the tools to teach the biblical principles necessary for success!

B3rd Ministries seeks to bridge the gap between B3rd Athletics and the people whom God seeks to grow through this partnership. B3rd Ministries is a nonprofit, charitable organization formed under Section 501(c)3 of the US Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
